Got an AMC done with the company on 02/11/09 receipt no. 17247008 valid for 2 hrs till 01/11/11. This AMC is not being honoured and despite repetitive complaints not changing the cartridges which is causing a very serious health hazard to my family and also a clear violation of service terms.
