Eureka Forbes:
Respected Sir, Ref Contract receipt no.10 17013807 dtd 19.1.10, authorized service centre code.2893, ph.011-25284015, Delhi for the period 12.1.10 to 11.1.11. 1st service was provided in Delhi. Thereafter I was transferred to Patna. 2nd service was given by Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar. Also heavy metal remover was sold & installed by Patna. In Delhi for last so many years I had AMC and I did not face any problem, which is obviously expected from such a reputed company like Eureka Forbes. However, in Patna, I am facing lot of problems. In Delhi, well before the expiry of contract, representative used to come to my house and renew the contract. In Patna, nobody came for renewal of the contract. On the contrary, I contacted (Mr. Manish Kumar/Upender-09798702090,09308670988,06123261193,06122902708) them to come for renewal. They came today(18.1.11) after expiry of the contract and asking for Rs.250/- more because the contract has expired (the contract has expired because of their delay and for this why should I be penalized by Eureka Forbes). The person who came to my house also threatened me that he will not provide any service if I donot pay him extra money for his every visit. Kindly help me.
