I bought a aquagauard reviva aproxx 5 month back. Company person who came to install never bothers to test the TDS of water rather they installed the apparatus with the wrong membrane which resulted into bitter taste water. I contacted coustumer care executive and other officials of ureka forbs nomber of time but of no avail. When bitterness reach the max. level then i insisted the person to rectify my concern, He assured me to rectify it. Mechanic frm service center came and change the right mebrane whice gave a tasteful water but he charged Rs 2300 for the filter, Why Should i Pay for the negligence at the end of your representative, My amount should be refunded imediately. For your kind notice i conveyed my this concern of RS 2300 was conveyed to the company people but all on deaf ears. So kindly look into the matter and refund my amount
