Complaint Details
I had purchased Eureka Water Purifier - Sensa for 19000Rs 5 months back. After 3 months the machine stopped working and I raised multiple service request and post level 3 escalation they sent engineer and replaced the parts and now after 15 days the machine has stopped working again. Service request ref no#F3F62A790990. I would appreciate if the faulty machine is taken back and I get my full refund back.
