Respected Sir,
We have got a Aquasure Nano from Naresh Appliances, Pondicherry, of your company around 6 months back. With six months it has given 12 time problem. Four times the ACDC adapter has gone. Two times the joints are getting block and others some other problem. Initially your technician of that shop Mr. Shantasilan was telling I will write to company and get a new one. But now because the shop keeper is refusing he also can not provide that. I thought for writing to you for a proper Justice. We feel like this is a bad machine which need to be replaced. Kindly check our problem we are suffering lot. Every month we need to repair this machine.
