This is to bring to you attention some of the unethical/ criminal practices by Eureka forbes Service center.

I own an RO filter for the past 4 years. In the month of July 2011, i placed a request to request to change the filters and a representative by the name Perumal (ph no - 9844939496) came home and replaced the filter. At that time i had changed only 4 filters. I was yet to change the TDS membrane. In the month of Oct-11, i called customer care and placed a request to change the TDS membrane (service ticket no - 63968308). Perumal who had earlier serviced the filter attended to this request. After replacing the filter, he gave me a bill for Rs 2595 which was paid in cash.

2 days later the water purifier stopped working. I raised another complaint (64024590). On 12th the service engineer visited my place, checked the purifier and said that the coil is damaged. When i told him that few days back someone had serviced it he said that Perumal is no longer working with the company. I was shocked to hear this as he had provided me with a bill that had a hologram on it.

I would request you to look into this matter as it is the responsibility of the company to ensure that unethical practices are avoided and Eureka Forbes have failed in this. The customer has been cheated by your ex employee. Kindly arrange for a refund of the amount spent on the parts and service and also, i would like the coil to be replaced without any further service fee.
