Complaint Details
My complaint no is 6cfbf85e8656 which was lodged with Eureka Forbes. The technician from the franchisee did not serviced my unit properly & it was left unattended for almost 48 Hrs. In spite I lodged above complaint with Eureka Forbes, no satisfactory answer was given to me. On the contrary, the customer care center seem to be protecting the franchisee instead of supporting to the customers.
