I NEVER EXPECTED A SERVICE WITHIN THE FIRST TWO MONTHS OF PURCHASING YOUR PRODUCT. TAKE BACK YOUR FREE THREE SERVICES.

I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND FOR A SERVICE AFTER EVERY TWO MONTHS. I WOULD HAVE GONE FOR BUYING MINERAL WATER FROM RETAILERS. THE COST IS LESS COMPARED TO THE MAINTENANCE COST OF YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

IN THE 21 ST CENTURY I WOULD EXPECT A BETTER PERFORMING MACHINE FOR 14,000 INR FROM EUREKHA FORBES.

NOW ITS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FOR MY FAMILY.

I HAVE A TWO YEAR OLD SON FOR WHOM I BOUGHT YOUR MACHINE. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE PICKING UP OR AVOIDING REPEATED CALLS FROM MY MOBILE OR RESIDENTIAL PHONE NUMBER. I'M FRUSTRATED AND LOST HOPE ON AQUAGUARD.

The page they provide(http://www.eurekaforbes.com/servicerequeststeps.aspx) to address grievances only irritates an anxious customer as it requires the clearance of first step to the other. The second step never works as the first request status will show "in process".

Either Eurekha forbes refund the money or supply Mineral Water to my residential address.

Without Clean water even for a day is like having lived a lifetime in hell.

Why does Eurekha Forbes gives the least consideration for our hard earned money?

The technology used by Eurekha Forbes in Protect Plus is "3G technology electronically enhances the membrane life". But there seems to be no life in the product itself.

Why would it go down within two months of purchase?

Should I have to spend more or should I have to buy even better product than Protect Plus? Then why should they advertise a defective product in the market, when they expect customers' ire is the ultimate outcome?

Who gave the go ahead such products in Indian Market?

I do not find any difference between Water Purifiers sold by established brands like Eureka Forbes and the filthy local names that hunt for the customers money.

I need my money back?
