Dear Sir/Madam ,
I have a water purifier from Eureka forbes which is under AMC . The water purifier is not working for last 2 months . when ever i call Eureka forbes they confirm that they are aware that the device is not working and will get it fixed in next 2 days . i raised the request from the web site of eureka forbes and have been escalating it as per their guidelines but still no one has come to solve the problem.
