I logged a complaint with Eureka Forbes on 18 Sept. regarding the vacuum cleaner which i had purchased from them about 7 months ago. The equipment sold to me was a faulty one and now the outer body has got deformed upon usage. When complained the service persons tell reasons that the part is not in stock and they do not have any idea when the part will be available. Its been more than a month and till date no positive response from them.
