Complaint Details
I had logged a service request # 0064158297 (HiLife Integra not working at all customer ID 1007055314) on 22nd October at 9.30 AM.
I have not received any call from service center nor it is attended. T
his is not the first time it has taken so long. The people working at service centre Ph # 25741599 are so callous and rude that
when called they tell “we cannot attend to request as we have long list of pending complaints do whatever you want”.
The response from customer service centre is " we will look into it" I have Sent mail to customercare@eurekaforbes.com on 25 Oct 2011., no response from Eureka forbes.
