Complaint Details
I have taken an annual subscription of The Times of India commencing from 12-07-2011. Inspite of several reminders to keep the daily in the gate, the current vendor religiously dropped in wet floor . I complained to the TOI office to change the vendor many times starting from 30-09-2011 which bore no fruit. From 25-10-2011 the daily stopped coming. Kindly take requisite action.
