Complaint Details
I bought Aquaguard Total Protec Plus water purifier RO of Eureka Forbes on 08 Nov 2010 which was installed by company personal with one yr free service warranty invoice no 3110102227 dated 08.11.10 since its instalmentit has not worked properly TDS of water has always been higher than 500 ,i have logded complaint at call centre almost everyweek the service provided erratically now i lodged my last complain on28 oct with comp no64229570 person came to attend on 1st nov and he said the pump is not working it needs tobe changed he insisted to get AMC done only than he will change it while this product still in warrany period ,Why this kind of approach custumer in warranty period my family is being compelled to use unpurified water despite of having RO of this reputed company service being refused in warranty period kindly do the needful
