I am writing this complaint regarding the extremely poor and unsafe bus service provided during our journey booked through MakeMyTrip. The booking details are available in the attached e-ticket. �

Issues Faced During the Journey:
The bus provided was not the same as the one booked. Instead of the booked bus, another bus named “Abha Travels” arrived at the pickup point and passengers were shifted without prior information.
The bus quality was extremely poor and not as advertised.
The AC was not functioning properly, and windows were kept open throughout the journey, causing severe discomfort.
Charging sockets were not working.
Curtains were not available.
AC vents/slots were broken and damaged.
The driver was driving rashly, creating safety concerns for passengers.
Some people were sleeping in inappropriate areas during the journey, causing inconvenience and discomfort to other passengers.
We booked and paid for an AC sleeper/seater bus expecting basic facilities and safe travel conditions, but the actual service provided was completely unacceptable and misleading.
I request you to:
Investigate this matter immediately,
Take appropriate action against the operator,
Provide a suitable refund/compensation for the inconvenience and poor service.
