Complaint Details
I have logged a complaint in your One Assist App for resolving the cooling issue of Bluestar AC under AMC done from One Assist (SR 66046242 dt.18.04.2026 & SR 66774246 dt. 28.04.2026).
Both the SRs are closed by Team One Assist & wrote that
“Please note that your service request has been closed because standalone gas charging is not covered under the policy terms. However, if you want to continue with the repair on a paid basis, you can raise a new service request”
Though I tried to explain AMC policy term over mails but your customer team is not ready to accept either deliberately or ignoring the policy terms.
AMC policy is valid from 29th Mar2024 to 28th Mar 2027 and clearly states that
“Service Inclusions of Complete Appliance Protection for AC’s
- 3 year warranty coverage
- 3 year accidental damage and surge protection
- 1 Cleaning services in three years (This can be claimed in 2nd year or 3rd year)
- 1 Gas top up in three years (This can be claimed in 2nd year or 3rd year)”

I have not used any of the above services for Cleaning or Gas top up.

I have also written to their CEO (Mr. Abhishek Maheshwari) but did not get any response.

My father 90 years old and other family members are living without AC and facing the hot summer for one month.
Note: I am unable to upload the AMC, Invoices & email correspondences due to system error. However, I have also mailed to consumer.complaints@cfbp.org with above documents for reference
