Complaint Details
On May 10th, I ordered a Titan golden strap watch worth ₹3,172 and completed the payment via pre-paid mode. The order was expected to be delivered by May 15th; however, the product was not delivered by that date.
When I contacted customer service, I was assured that the delivery would be completed within 48 hours. After this period passed without delivery or any communication, I called customer service again on the evening of May 18th. I was then informed that my order had been cancelled the previous day.
When I questioned why I was not informed of this cancellation, the representative responded dismissively, stating it was not their duty and that notification would be sent within 48 hours. I have received no prior notice regarding the cancellation or the status of my refund.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the unprofessional conduct of the customer service team. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter to ensure I receive a full refund and that appropriate action is taken regarding this service failure.
