Complaint Details
To Whomsoever It May Concern,

I am writing this email to formally lodge a complaint against LoanZap, a unit of AMAN Fincap, for gross misconduct, harassment, and blatant violation of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines pertaining to loan recovery practices.

I wish to bring the following serious incidents to your immediate attention:

1. UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF LOAN DETAILS TO THIRD PARTIES
Representatives of LoanZap/AMAN Fincap have unlawfully contacted my workplace and disclosed my personal loan details to third parties without my consent. Specifically, they contacted:
• Mr. Aman Malik – HR,
• Mr. Lalit Tiwari – Country Head HR,

This constitutes a severe breach of my financial privacy and is a direct violation of RBI Fair Practices Code and the Digital Lending Guidelines issued by the RBI.

2. FALSE AND DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS
Their representatives falsely claimed to these individuals that I had shared the company's contact numbers with them, which is completely untrue and fabricated. Such false statements have damaged my professional reputation and standing within my organization.

3. HARASSMENT AND ABUSIVE CONDUCT
Merely one (1) day after the payment due date, their recovery agents began subjecting me and my family members to verbal abuse and harassment. This is in direct contravention of:
• RBI Guidelines on Fair Practices Code for Lenders
• RBI Digital Lending Guidelines (2022)
• The NBFC Fair Practices Code
• Provisions under the Information Technology Act, 2000

RBI guidelines strictly prohibit lenders and their recovery agents from using intimidating, abusive, or humiliating language, contacting borrowers at odd hours, or contacting any third party other than guarantors.

I hereby demand the following:
• Immediate cessation of all harassment and abusive communication directed at me and my family.
• Immediate cessation of any communication with my employer or colleagues regarding my personal loan.
• A written apology for the false statements made to my company's HR personnel.
• Strict disciplinary action against the recovery agents involved.

Please be advised that if these activities do not stop immediately, I will be left with no choice but to:
• File a formal complaint with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI Ombudsman)
• Lodge a police complaint for harassment and defamation
• Approach the appropriate Consumer Forum
• Seek legal remedies under applicable laws

I expect a prompt and written response to this complaint within 48 hours.
