Subject: Request for Refund / Adjustment of Incorrect AMC Payment
I had purchased an Enrich Aquaguard water purifier from Eureka Forbes Ltd., replacing my old I Nova machine.
In May 2024, I received an SMS regarding AMC charges for the old I Nova machine. By mistake, I made a payment of ₹4,500 towards this AMC.
Since then, I have been consistently following up via email and through your representatives, Mr. Kishore Rahthe and Ms. Suchita, but I am still awaiting the refund. Recently, I was informed that a refund is not possible.
Furthermore, this amount has not been adjusted against the AMC of my new Enrich machine, for which I have already paid separately two months ago.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and either process the refund or adjust the amount against my current AMC plan for the Enrich machine.
