Complaint Details
Under Gold AMC, the service centre provided a faulty membrane which worked for hardly one week. In place of that, they provided a old refurbished membrane and promised us that they will bring New membrane and replace.. but till date nobody is responding from Eureka Forbes company. Pl do the needful or arrange to get my AMC amount refunded approx Rs 5500/-
