I have booked a ticket on route Kolkata- Raipur on Hans Travels for 30/05/2026.

I tried to call the pick up person named Surendra who was shockingly rude and unsupportive. Somehow I tried to bear with all the nuisance and reached the Boarding point. The bus was delayed by around 30 minutes and I tried to confirm the arrival by calling him on the number provided. The reply I got is as follows “Tune bus me seat book kiya h toh Kya Pura bus khareed liya humara, subah se pareshan Kar rakha hai!!”
Fast forward to boarding the bus and he again reiterated the same dialogue and added “ doobara humare bus me ticket mat karna?!!”
To add to all this, now he was accompanied by another bus staff and From the smell of his breath and his demeanour it was
Clear he was high and drunk.. upon confronting he went on to boast “ main to 24 ghante Nashe me rehta Hun”
This was a clear harassment and manhandling by such ill-mannered staff and raise serious concern on women safety since the bus runs overnight!!
