Complaint Details
I booked a stay service through Goibibo on 7th April under Booking ID GH20174266291260.

The booking was cancelled on April 11th, and Goibibo confirmed that a refund of Rs.3752 would be processed. However, despite repeated follow-ups for more than two months, I have not received the refund.

I have contacted Goibibo customer support multiple times through calls, emails, and chat support. Each time, I was assured that the refund would be processed soon, but no refund has been credited to my account. The company has continuously provided assurances without resolving the issue.

This delay has caused financial inconvenience and mental harassment. The conduct of Goibibo amounts to deficiency in service and unfair treatment of a consumer.

I request that Goibibo be directed to immediately process and credit the pending refund of ₹3752 along with appropriate compensation for the unnecessary delay, inconvenience, and repeated follow-ups required from my side.

I have attached supporting documents, including booking confirmation, cancellation details, refund promises, and communication records with Goibibo.
