Subject: Complaint Against MakeMyTrip for Non-Refund of ₹45,000
Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to lodge a complaint against MakeMyTrip regarding the non-refund of approximately ₹45,000 related to Booking ID NN7AL4HO35871477851.
Despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and complaints, MakeMyTrip has failed to process my refund. Kuwait Airways has officially confirmed that full refund approval has been granted and that the refund must be processed by the ticket-issuing travel agency. AirSewa has also investigated the matter and confirmed that the responsibility for processing the refund lies with MakeMyTrip.
Even after these confirmations, the refund remains pending, causing financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment.
I respectfully request that the concerned authority direct MakeMyTrip to:
1. Refund the full amount of ₹45,000 immediately.
2. Pay applicable interest for the delay.
3. Provide compensation for the inconvenience and mental harassment caused.
4. Reimburse any costs incurred in pursuing this complaint.
I am attaching all relevant documents, including booking details, payment proof, correspondence with MakeMyTrip, Kuwait Airways confirmation, and the AirSewa response.
