Complaint Details
Have booked the Cab on 13th early morning and awaited for 10 mins and no confirmation message received from makemy trip so cancelled the trip. The refund i received is 0.42 paise. But i paid rs.1904/- Call landed in IVR and its getting dropped stating no refund will be provided.Application is keep on rotating and no info about driver details. Booking ID - NC741044231407341460.
