I raised a service request on 24 May because my water purifier had stopped working. Two days later, a technician visited my home, inspected the device, and informed me that the motor needed to be replaced.
On 27th May, 2026, I received a service update message stating that the filter had been replaced (attaching the screenshot for your reference). This information is incorrect; no filter replacement was carried out. The technician merely inspected the machine and did not replace any component. Such inaccurate service updates are highly misleading and unacceptable.
After a few days, when I followed up with the technician, he said that the motor was still unavailable. So, I contacted customer care multiple times. Every time they said, I would get a call back from the service team. But I never got any call. Then I escalated this issue to Mr. Srinivasan M. (Service Head - India) on June 11, 2026. He just forwarded the email to some other email IDs, and I got a response that my request was escalated to the Service head of Pureit, and I would get a call back from the field team. However, I have not received a call from them till now. Today again sent an email to the same person, and I got the same response.
It has been 24 days since I raised a complaint, and the issue is not yet resolved.
