Dear Grievance Officer,

I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding the unresolved medical waiver refund request for Booking ID: NF7AL54W46258684080.

Timeline of events:

• On 29 May 2026, MakeMyTrip requested additional documents for processing my medical waiver request.

• On 30 May 2026, I submitted the requested medical documents, including medical bills, medical reports, prescriptions, and supporting records.

• Despite submitting the documents, I continued to receive repeated requests for information that had already been provided.

• On 8 June 2026, I was informed that all documents should be combined into a single PDF file of less than 5 MB. I complied and submitted the consolidated PDF on 9 June 2026.

• Shortly thereafter, I received communication stating that the case was being closed due to a lack of response, despite my timely replies and submission of all requested documents.

• On 15 June 2026, I escalated the matter to the Grievance Officer due to the continued lack of resolution and absence of any meaningful update.

Throughout this process, I have responded promptly to every request and have provided all documents sought by your team. However, my case has faced repeated delays, contradictory communications, and closure notices that do not reflect the actual status of my responses.

I request that MakeMyTrip immediately:

1. Confirm receipt of all submitted documents.
2. Provide the current status of the medical waiver request with the airline.
3. Share the reference number of the airline waiver request, if already submitted.
4. Provide a written resolution and timeline for closure of this matter.

In the absence of a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be constrained to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance and regulatory channels, including the National Consumer Helpline and other competent authorities.

I request your urgent intervention and a written response at the earliest.
