Complaint Details
Maruti suzuki swift vxi(o) was given for 3rd service, problem of AGS transmission light highlighted. Problem not resolved but excuses given were irrelevant. Suspect OBD scan was not done and issue unresolved but false claim of no such issue identified. Whereas screenshot and verbal affirmation of issue marked while handling over car for service.
