Complaint Details
I purchased a product from Zara under Order No. 54254181641. The product was delivered on 28 April 2026 and the return deadline was 25 May 2026. I raised a return request on 05 May 2026 through Zara's app and was issued Return Request No. 28FWB8YU1728. Zara's own records show that the return request was created well within the return period. However, the return was never collected and remained in "Requested" status. Zara has now refused the return claiming it was communicated beyond the return period, which is incorrect and contradicted by their own system records. I request acceptance of the return and a full refund of ₹3,250.
