I am compelled to raise this issue publicly after waiting for more than 6 months for a resolution.

Since the complaint was lodged, the response from the Ahmedabad service team has consistently been that the required part is unavailable, the product has been discontinued, or the vendor supplying the part is no longer associated with Jaquar.

If the product has indeed been discontinued and spare parts are unavailable, have a cover for products under warranty or tell the truth. More importantly, why has the assurance throughout been that the part “will be replaced shortly”?

The product is under warranty, yet for over six months there has been no resolution, no replacement, no commitment to timeline, and no clear communication. A premium brand is expected to stand behind its products and provide after-sales support, especially when they know there product is not doing upto the mark or they have discontinued it.

I request Jaquar’s senior management to intervene and provide:

1. A clear status
2. A committed response
3. An alternative solution with no prolonged delay despite repeated follow-ups.

The experience with the Ahmedabad operations and service team has been extremely disappointing, similarly happening with customer care. Truly it’s falling far short of the service standards expected from a leading sanitaryware brand.

I hope this matter receives urgent attention.
