Booking time for departure: 11 am 22/6/2026.
Driver assignment time as per app: 10.30. am

Actual time of driver assignment: 11.51 am (approx 1 hour after the scheduled departure time).
Car requested: Toyota Innova: as per app availability booking was done for Toyota Innova.

Call from vendor refusing Innova and asking for extra money for Innova crysta: 10.50 am approx (only 10-15 minutes before departure time).

Reason: Innova not allowed in Delhi.

At 12 noon: I have still not departed for my trip.
New driver allotment done and driver will arrive by 1.20 pm.

A thoroughly unprofessional unacceptable customer experience from MMT and their vendors.
If Toyota Innova not allowed in Delhi then why does booking options show Innova ???? I have screenshot for same.

If Innova not available then automatic upgrade should be done and my money refunded: this is a standard protocol if you are not able to provide service as you have promised.
Instead I have been asked to pay extra for Innova crysta for utter failure from your side MMT !!!!

I have been a customer for more than 10 years.
We have done dozens of booking and now this is a simply horrible mental harassment that has caused so much mental anguish .
You should have upgraded free to Innova crysta and instead you are extorting money from your customers.
I will not do any booking from MMT now.
