Complaint Details
I am Deepak Gajaria, residing at:
C-104, Highland, Nana Chiloda, Ahmedabad – 382330
It has been more than one month since your representative, Mr. Nitesh (Mob: 7041507814), visited and collected Rs. 1,040 in cash in advance , we have registered multiple one of mentioned for your reference. Service Request ID – 190526-72072982. At the time of visit, he mentioned that the required filter was not available and assured delivery at the earliest. However, despite repeated follow-ups:
• The product has not been delivered till date
• For the past 10 days, I have been given repeated assurances of “delivery by today/tomorrow,” which have not been honored
• Multiple calls to your customer care have also not resulted in any resolution
This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. As a customer, I have been continuously following up without any result.
Given the delay and lack of accountability, I would like to clearly state that:
1. I no longer wish to proceed with the product/service
2. I request an immediate refund of Rs. 1,040
3. I expect strict action to be taken against the concerned representative
4. This matter should be treated with highest priority and resolved at the earliest
