Complaint Details
My repeated requests to Eureka Forbes through their website as well as their 'customer care' helpline 39883333 for repair/ replacement of unservicaeble water start/stop switch of my AGWP NOVA has not been attended to since last eight months.The Sl no of on-line complaint made on 14 Jul 11 is '632aaeda1ab6'. Reminders were given on 13 Sep 11 and 15 Sep 11 through their helpline (Docket no 85530417). Reminder through helpline again on 17 Oct 11 ( Docket no 85718593). Earlier complaint made on their web site also escalated to next level (Step 2 - to their Customer Care Officer Ms Vinoth Hegde) on 17 Oct 11. Complaint made on web site subsequently escalated to the next level (Step3 - to their Head of Customer Carer Ms Anu Kotian )on 17 Oct 11.Since no contact from their side, reminder again made on 'customer care' helpline to Ms Shabnam ( docket no 85777041) on 28 Oct 11. Yet another reminder to attend was made today ( 02 Nov 11) on their helpline to Mr Neeraj ( Docket no 85801106). Going by earlier experience over 8 months, I do not expect their behaviour to be any different. Considering that the water filter is also under an Annual Maintenance Contract with them vide their Contract Receipt No 10 18694858 valid till 01 Feb 2012, I now wish to raise this matter through consumer court to get justice.
