I have book my hotel in Banaras and after doing payment I have received call from hotel that we are not having any rooms available at that time so I discuss the same with the customer care executive of MakeMyTrip and they reply that you will get refund against this booking within 5 to 7 working days but till now no refund I have received from MakeMyTrip and I am regular follow up with customer care executive on their toll free number but not valuable response or not any fruitful result I am receiving from them in fact I have mail also 4 to 5 time regarding this to make my trip service but no fruitful result I have received from them it is more than one month 10 days but no action from MakeMyTrip site
