I HAVE PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS 4715 for EEG of My 5 year son.But procedure couldn't be done as the child didn't slept during the procedure. HENCE , technician suggested for REFUND of the paid amount dated 04.07.26 via UPI.PLEASE FIND THE DETAILS OF PAYMENT AS PER ATTACHMENT
