Urgent Request for Removal of Incorrect Loan from My Credit Report [LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER- 3553428L]
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an incorrect loan showing under my name in my credit report.
An active loan from Transactree Technologies Private Limited has been appearing in my CIBIL report since 2023. I would like to clarify that I have never taken this loan from your company. I had taken only one loan earlier, and that loan has already been fully repaid and closed.
Despite this, the incorrect loan entry has remained in my CIBIL report for nearly three years, which is negatively affecting my credit history.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently, remove the incorrect loan entry, and update the records with all relevant credit bureaus, including CIBIL, as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you require any documents or information from my side for verification.
