Kindly read the Insurance POlicy Terms mentioned while purchasing the Fraud Protect Insurance.It clearly says Phishing or any other methods are covered. The word "Any Other Methods" & "Phishing" has weightage here. The complaint management team of One Assist Insurance Broker lies and escapes telling not covered ???Show me one line printed in Insurance POlicy Rules & Regulations that clicking a fake link is not covered. They understand wrongly that the moment Link is clicked money went off. Thats not the actual case. We were redeeming Credit Card Merchendise in Bank Website but when i tried paying 32 Rs the amount of 49491 got detected.In this case it should cover the 100% Insurance. What for we have done Insurance then other than this being the reason. Every fraud happens when either via SMS Website Links are clicked / followed. There is no other method to be a victim of losing money from Card. One Assist are not giving written claim rejection letter with supporting policy document showing where it is Context written which laid to total claim rejected. One Assist are cheating customers by telling not covered. Mere cheating it is. Attaching the Policy Document with Highlighted Context projecting the points in favour of me.
