Complaint Details
I paid my hard-earned money online for an AMC to service my Aquaguard Select Designo UTC WS RO+UV+TA water purifier, and Eureka Forbes has completely GHOSTED me!
I have TWO OPEN COMPLAINTS that are being completely ignored. No technician assigned. No filter replacement done. Countless calls to customer care are completely useless. Even my formal emails to their Grievance Officer have been met with total silence.
They quickly took my online payment, but now they are forcing my family to drink unpurified water, causing a direct health risk! To make things worse, they sent a password-locked invoice that cannot even be opened—pure deception!
This is a classic case of illegal Deficiency of Service and Unfair Trade Practice. I am now moving forward with an official legal lawsuit via the Government’s e-Daakhil Consumer Court portal against Eureka Forbes Limited, Secunderabad Regional Office.
Fix this immediately or face legal consequences!
