Respected Sir,



This is to bring your kind notice that I am a customer of Eureka Fobes since long.

Presently my water purifier ( AG REVIVA RO UV NEW-12) is not functioning properly

and in that context I made call to the customer care to look into. Tecnician of the

company has visited and told that “ Filter Kits” need to be changed due to its

non-functional condition. My said water purifier is under AMC from 27.9.25 and

it valids upto 26.9.26 resulting which the necessary replacement of the filter kits

should be provided by the company but the local branch told that they will not

provide the Filter Kits and I have to make payment for that. I am facing acute

difficulties for the said problem as I am staying with my young kids to whom

I am responsible to provide purified water for the shake of their health.

I am attaching herewith the relevent AMC statement.



In view of the same, it is therefore, requested to look into the matter so that free

replecement of the said Filter Kits can be assured at your earliest posibility.
