The arrogancy of the driver is too bad .. on Aug9th we 3 passengers booked Shyamoli bus 830pm Gachibowli to Tinfactory.Due traffic issue we requested driver to wait for 15 min and i was there and waiting for other members to come ..The driver wasnot listened me and left the pickup spot.we lost 5200/- amt for the tickets.I never see such behaviour with any drivers when we request multiple times..And when i called customer care they said driver waited 7 min and cant wait more ..I want to bring the issue to the top management to address my issue and refund my amount.
