Hello Team,

I'm awaiting for my refund amount for more than a week... I fail to understand that when the tickets are booked, the amount is deducted in fraction of second.. why the verification and etc melodrama is applicable when it is refund purpose??

I booked a indigo airline ticket via Make my trip PNR ECEBWQ for Muscat to Mumbai - travel date originally was 1st Sep 2026 which I amended to 30th Aug 2026 and after speaking with Indigo they confirm the refund of ₹ 3850/- is processed to make my trip and I should contact them. I'm at Oman at present and each time when I have to contact your customer care number the irony is existing booking customer service live agent never gets connected.. only AI agent is confused and keep repeating to cancel and process for refund for my 30th Aug journey which I want to utilise and the new booking team if connects are so ruthless and robotic they simply transfer to IVR saying speak with existing customer service where AI assistance is awaiting phewwwwww......

I mean who much time this rat race is going to continue??? Hope you have a timeframe because Zepto, blinkit refunds takes 1 hour at the max... Assuming Make my trip deals with big ticket size still 24 to 48 hours should be more than enough tat... Hope now I'm out of timeline so my refund will be processed asap.
