I m a retailer of CRI motor bearing name M/S Shree Sanitary and Pipes ,Daringbadi,Dist- kandhamal,pin-762104,Odisha. I sold a CRI motor bearing serial no -26041010105294 , model no-CRI3R-31/24,1.0Hp/0.75kw ON 8th July-2026. On the same day during the installation motor was not working properly as per the plumber and customer . After several attemts of installation motor's output water is very low . I have communicated with CRI service manager and the sales person but till now i am not getting any solution or no body visited the side till now.

It's a comapny reputaion as well as mine if we will not give any after sale servise to our valubale customer . Kindly send a servise engeneer to the client side to verify the problem and its solution .
