Complaint Details
I am a depositor/member of Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Lucknow. I have a genuine deposit of Rs. 18,654 supported by the original Sahara deposit receipt/certificate.

I submitted my refund claim through the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal. However, my claim is showing “Deficiency Communicated” and the entire claim amount of Rs. 18,654 is shown as deficient.

When I attempt to correct and resubmit the claim, the CRCS portal shows the error “Please enter valid Membership Number”. I have entered Membership No. 43971700252 exactly as printed on my original Sahara deposit receipt/certificate. The account number and other deposit details are also supported by the original document.

Due to this validation error, I am unable to complete the resubmission process. I have also attempted to seek clarification/resolution from CRCS, but I have not received a satisfactory response.

I therefore request your intervention to verify the deposit records, resolve the membership-number validation issue, enable submission/processing of my claim, and facilitate the refund of my legitimate deposit amount of Rs. 18,654 at the earliest.

I am attaching the original deposit receipt/certificate and screenshots of the CRCS portal showing the deficiency and membership-number validation error for verification.

Kindly register my complaint and provide a written resolution.
