This is regarding the travel that i made through make my trip booking facility.
I booked a bus from delhi to Jalandhar from make my trip. The journey date was 30.08.2026
The booking id is NU710681188813624.
The amount that i paid for the journey is Rs. 1313

The journey started from delhi and my pickup point was jhandewalan. Then, after completing approximately half the journey the bus stopped mid journey and the driver deboarded all the passengers on the middle of road. I didn't even know where i was. It was feeling very unsafe and dangerous to get deboarded in the middle of the night without any clue as to where i was. I had to make my own travel arrangements from there on in the middle of night at around 3:30 am which cost me huge amount of money so that i could reach my destination on time which was very important for me. I even lodged a complaint on make my trip mobile application regarding the issue faced but instead of refunding whole amount they only gave refund of just Rs. 199.
I am very disappointed by the service. I want full refund of my ticket and compensation for such huge inconvenience caused
