I had bought an Eureka Forbes water purifier on 18 Sep, the installation engineer came to install the purifier on 19 Sep and he found that the equipment was damaged and he did not install and instructed to inform the vendor First Water Solutions. I had informed him and also sent the video of the damaged equipment. Eureka Forbes calls me and tells me that a service engineer will attend to. i wanted to request you if the machine is not installed and found defective, i demand for a new replacement instead of repairing.
