Complaint Details
I was informed by service centre franchisee that my RO requires service. On visiting my residence they changed all components without informing me. I complained to the manager Mr Mahesh but he told me to wait for 25 days as the service was not completed and required another part replacement. I have made the payment but waiting for final bill.
