I, Shwetha, hereby issue this legal notice regarding the holiday membership/service purchased from Karlton Holidays.
I made the required payment for the holiday membership after being assured by your representatives that the promised holiday/hotel booking services would be provided after making the payment for membership in the hotel i requested for and for the dates i preferred. I have the messages as evidence.
After making the payment, I contacted your company to utilize the service and Shruthi , your sales person has blocked my number. and the Manager Vishal is not answering even after repeatedly contacting your representatives through telephone calls, WhatsApp/messages and emails. I received a mail after i started putting reviews on social media that they will do the refund but no updates again after that and i haven't received the refund too.
I have made repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with your company. However:
I requested a refund when the service was not provided, but the amount has not been refunded.
My repeated telephone calls have not been properly responded to.
My emails and messages have also not received a satisfactory response.
Despite giving your company sufficient opportunity to resolve the matter, the issue remains unresolved.
The amount paid by me is my hard-earned personal savings, and withholding the amount without providing the promised service has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and considerable mental distress.
I therefore call upon Karlton Holidays to either provide the services promised under the membership immediately, with proper written confirmation, OR process and pay my full eligible refund without further delay.
