Complaint Details
I purchased a used Tata Safari from Future Rides Emporio, Delhi, for approximately ₹10,07,000. The vehicle was purchased recently, and within approximately one week of purchase, serious problems developed, including engine overheating, coolant leakage/head leakage, and oil mixing with the coolant. These problems have raised serious concerns about the vehicle's mechanical condition and road safety.

I am concerned that the vehicle's major defects may not have been disclosed to me at the time of sale. I contacted the dealer regarding these problems, but the issue has not been satisfactorily resolved.

I request an investigation into the matter and appropriate action against the dealer if any unfair trade practice or concealment of defects is established. I also request a suitable remedy, including cancellation of the sale, refund of the purchase amount, and assistance regarding the vehicle loan, subject to applicable law.

I am ready to provide the purchase documents, payment/loan records, photographs, videos, repair estimates, and other supporting evidence. Kindly take necessary action and help me obtain a fair resolution.
