Complaint Details
I cancelled the order placed on Eureka Forbes for water purifier. I cancelled the order and so the product was not delivered. But they encashed my cheque Rs9900. I do not need the product (which is also not supplied) and I want the money to be returned, . But talks with local office and web complaint to Ms Anu Kotian, Head Customer did not give any respose. Please help me to get my money back.
