I purchased Vaccum Cleaner on 15.06.2026. But till now I am not able to use due to faulty battery. The supplier not replacing the battery and also not refunding the amount. The product is still brand new and I am not able to use. Also customer service no response. Continuous follow up for the past 3 months but no support. They have give old and faulty battery and supporting me.
