Respected sir/madam,
Yesterday we have booked a parcel at Chickpet MSS GC No. 8126579, during time of booking we have told to deliver the parcel at Thottiyam and gave address, 3/2, Kottaimedu, Thottiyam, Trichy D.t., but Yesterday the parcel booked to Trichy HUB. Trichy is 70 kms from Thottiyam, and it made me a difficulty to receive parcel. For this I've have contacted Helpline they didn't respond. So kindly deliver the parcel at Thottiyam or Musiri MSS office since both places are on the way. Kindly help us in this regard. Contact Number: 638034033, 9442763291
