Complaint Details
I am using a water purifier from Eureka Forbs (Model: Robot), Now Eureka Forbs is creating an artificial scarcity of the parts and not supporting me (Telephone Complaint no: 63897665, Online complaint No: 3d1a45f9557f), since this is the only mode of having drinking water in my house, Now I am forced to purchase water from outside for past two months. I have followed the necessary procedures and escalation process mentioned by Eureka forbs. Now it is very difficult for me continue further.
